1 Right to withdraw from the Contract

1.1 Content and Exercise of the Right

If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within a maximum period of one calendar day from the Order Confirmation, without needing to justify said withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify the Company through our contact form of your decision to withdraw from the purchase through an unequivocal statement.

You will not have the right to withdraw from the Contract whose object is the supply of any of the following products:

i. Personalized items.
ii. Music CDs/DVDs without their original packaging.
iii. Goods sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
iv. Underwear.
v. Hair items.
vi. Perfumes

Your right to withdraw from the purchase will apply exclusively to those items returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be given if the item has been used beyond merely opening it, or for items that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the item(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all its original packaging, instructions, and other documents that may accompany it. In any case, you must hand in the electronic ticket that you will have received attached to the Shipping Confirmation along with the product to be returned.

1.2 Product Return

As part of exercising this right, you must return the product due to a manufacturing defect. You may return it to us or send it via courier. The return of the goods must occur before the expiration of the period granted for exercising the right of withdrawal as indicated in clause 1.1.

For international shipments, customs duties in each country are the customer's responsibility. If the customer refuses to pay said duty, the order will be returned to origin, the duties will be paid, and the order will be canceled without a refund.

1.3 Assessment of product condition and, if applicable, refund

Should you choose to return the item(s), we will examine the product's condition to verify that it is returned in the same condition in which you received it. After examining the item, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund is due. We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction.

2 Withdrawal from purchase due to defects or hidden flaws.

2.1 Content of the Right

In addition to the right of withdrawal granted in section 1.1 above, the Company grants consumers a right of withdrawal due to defects or hidden flaws under the terms and according to the procedure outlined in this section 2.

This right implies our commitment to accept the exchange or return of your products within the first 60 days from the date on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods, or in the event that the goods comprising your order are delivered separately, within 60 calendar days of the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods, when such goods present defects or hidden flaws that make them unsuitable for the uses for which they are normally intended, or diminish their quality or possibility of use, or do not offer the safety that is normally expected of them given their nature and reasonable use.

2.2 Exercise of the Right

In cases where you consider that the product does not conform to what is stipulated in the Contract due to defects or hidden flaws, you must contact us immediately, and no later than, within the sixty-day period mentioned in section 2.1 above, through our contact form, providing details of the product as well as the damage or hidden flaw it suffers.

2.3 Product Return

As part of exercising the right, you must proceed with the return of the product. The return must occur as soon as possible and, at the latest, within ten days following the end of the sixty-day period mentioned in section 2.1 above.

2.4 Assessment of product condition and, if applicable, refund or replacement

We will proceed to examine the product's condition and the existence of the defect or hidden flaw. After examining the item, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 20 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is due. The refund will always be made using the same payment method that you used to pay for the purchase.
